WOW Beautiful piece ! I was hoping it was stock, but at least I'm inspired to creat my own underwater background for my mermaid piece I will attemp again since my first work was not ad good as I hoped.

You've got a good start here, but there's still room for improvement.
One thing that really sticks out is how the lighting is inconsistent between the various elements of the piece. Be very careful about how individual elements are lit, because you don't want a piece to look like it's fake.
Also, try blending things in more with the space background. Since the water element is pretty noisy, you may want to think about adding noise to the rest of the elements so there's at least some harmony
