Description
This is Salvator, otherwise known within the Kali Tiger community as "Shortstack," due to him being only 6 feet 6 inches tall, and not being a pygmy Kali Tiger.
While Kali Tigers do not have the capacity for violence, have no desire for it, and do not understand its reasoning, that does not mean they can not understand the concept of crime and the legalities within the human race.

Salvator is the head of a crime organization within the human race.
He does not give direct orders for anything violent, he manipulates these principalities set by Deva into the logistics behind organized crime.
No other Kali Tigers have decided to join the crime organization due to other, older ones telling lies about the level of violence of the organization, but it word goes out that Salvator doesn't actually harm any being, then some mischief makers may decide to join in on the fun.

His mace is there for looks, to intimidate any human that decides to disobey his orders.
No one is sure of his actual power, as it's not been used within anyone's view, and frankly, no one wants to know what it is.
