In the process of making a side tattoo to go with the koi one I made for the chest. I took elements from the original image here: pixabay.com/en/koi-carp-fish-1… to create the tattoo shown here in the render.

I liked the location of where he has his decal 2 and I wanted to test my image on his mesh for it by swapping the textures. As you can see, it almost fits. Some of my image gets cut off near the bottom. It means I need to go back into Blender. I also noticed how different the coloration properties of his mesh is from mine. I imagine it has something to do with how we made them in Blender. His decal mesh is significantly brighter than my tattoo mesh. So it looks like I will have to pay attention to that when I remake the mesh in order for the two tattoos to match. I'd like it to have the warm brassy look the way the fish tattoo has.

Overall this has been quite an interesting learning process for me.
