I want to thank everyone for being patient with me! Yes, I know I've been unresponsive, lacking the attention given by friends and associates but there is a reason.
I'm glad to be back on my grind. It's been a very long time since I actually focused on something. I for one thought that I forgot how to render with my pencils. I realized you can't loose a skill you've developed for years! It's like riding a bicycle!
This tenacious illustration is dedicated to the MLP: Fighting is Magic game currently in development. It is a free downloadable game that...is STILL in the works. It's a cryin' shame how long this profit-free game is taking. Ok, enough cryin', Ill Google the information about the game!
The reason for making this fanart was because it received an update. The update reminded me how much I love Twilight's theme. I first heard the Library Theme it was right after BroNYCon- wait a minute! The Summer convention is this upcoming weekend? And you know what? I'm ready for it and I will BE THERE!
Alas, as I recall, The Library theme is such a masterpiece. I linked it for a reason. I can guarantee you that the large speaker is BLASTING her tune right now!
I decided to go the extra mile and draw Twilight in her infamous Twilicious outfit! In this brawl, the sunglasses are off and she means business.
All that shit about friendship, magic, making friends and writing letters- fuck all that! This is like Mariokart: friends...become enemies.
I was going for a background that has been devastated. I looked up SO MANY references just for the background. The pose I came up with myself. Not that hard but I eventually started changing anatomy flaws when I was looking for library backgrounds. I'm very pleased with the result and I hope everyone enjoys this image as much as I enjoyed making it.
So why have you not been posting?! This is unorthodox behavior!!
I'm not very great at keeping secrets from people when I have something big I'm developing. Let's not forget about The Legend of Korra! All the more reason progress slowed down a bit.Ah, man...that was an amazing finale. Noahtok is one amazing liar!
Alright back to the topic: I've been working on a large project. LARGE! This is a story so long...so intense...and so rewarding, I broke it into nine illustrations. That is all! Details will be revealed when I post my NEXT image.
...and I promise all of you it won't take 3 months!

Hearing about the game got me to look into all of the stuff about Fighting is Magic that I could find. I'll definitely be downloading that game once the game is finished. I also found another game that looked interesting called My Little Investigations. If you haven't seen anything for that it might be worth checking out if you like mystery games.

That looks so awesome! I've heard of Fighting Is Magic, but I haven't seen any material from it. The background is amazing here, as is Twlight's magic power!

Well, this game looks similar to another fighter called Marvel vs Capcom. Here is the link to the Twilight sparkle trailer. however, it is beta gameplay and it doesn't look like this as of now. [link]

Fighting is Magic CANNOT come out soon enough!! I see a couple new themes on it (Pinkie Pie has my fave so far although what I've heard from Rainbow Dash's theme is freaking EPIC), but I'm wondering...when WILL the game be released? I wanna play NOW D:

Yes, that is correct, a new set of pictures. The reason being is because, I know that when I post something wit ha story behind it, it's extremely long. When I drew that Nightmare Moon picture, I noticed I could have used that within the first 4 pages. Instead, I just went on ahead and created a shot with Caroline and the other ponies. So with 9 pictures, each segment with no be extremely long. Plenty of ponies and super saiyans to go around here.
I have yet to hear Rainbow Dash's level. I've only heard Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Twilight. But I heard Twilight's first because a trailer was released FOR her. I dunno, I don't like the other themes. Twilight Sparkle's theme is just too good for me.

Indeed it's really true what you said in the second paragraph, hehehe we have to be patients I'm a fan of GG series and this FiM project sure have some resemble to GGX2, anyway is the game is going to be awesome.
Damn you are going to the Bronycon, I won't make it there, since I'm really worried to get the money to return home, but I wish you have a great time there.
what a way to close up the season, it's a shame it will take a long time to see the S2.

Indeed, that game looks pretty cool, and this music is pretty swell. It goes well with your work here, which is pretty awesome to view. You've always had a nice style in your works, and the pencils here give way to coolness from that.
