i do indeed. it's one i've been using as a poster in my own room, so it has a tiny amount of blue-tack on the back, but i can remove that. i'll give it to you a bit cheaper because of it.
also, it happens to be the only hand-signed version of it around. however, if you'd prefer a brand-spanking new one, i can have that shipped to you, but it won't be hand signed. depends on what you prefer.
thanks for your interest!

hand signed please. How do I pay you and where (in cyber space). Also how much would shipping be to the UK.

Woah... that's disturbing...

It kind of reminds me of Watership Down...

Sorry, I can't really find the right words for this image, I'm pretty... stunned.

Uhm, that means I like it

kind of a sad image. Very nice choice of colors, the bottle seems to be floating slightly above the table, maybe if you added a slight shadow along the edge and made it dark so it looks close it may help.

Its gorgous. I can believe its hand draw on the computer. Its a masterpiece. What stages do you go though to produce something like that? did you even have a sketch to begin with? *eyes poke out of head*

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

toeknuckles In reply to Nectarine [2004-03-29 03:09:38 +0000 UTC]

well, it can be explained in a few simple steps...
step 1- spend hours and hours at denny's only drinking coffee because everything else is so ridiculously overpriced but you have to buy something or they'll throw you out and nowhere else is open at 3am.
step 2- repeat step 1
step 3- make a sketch in a sketchbook at denny's
step 4- use a digital camera to get it into the computer. got over and over and over it in photoshop.
step 5- repeat steps 1 and 4 until finished.
step 6- realise you're not finished, delete a bunch and start over.

heh...anyways, i'm not sure how it works out. sometimes i get something i like. sometimes it's just arse.
i'm glad you like this one.

hah! both funny and nicely drawn & colored.

the only thing i could be possibly nagging about is no shadow at the bottom of the bottle. but i'm just being fussy

(wonder how he got there?...)

diamondscan In reply to maladjust [2004-03-10 04:54:04 +0000 UTC]

maybe he was put there when he was young and then he grew too large for the bottle.

Great idea, the shine on the glass bottle is really well done, and the expression on the hares face is really good. I especially like the label on the bottle, the smudged ink is a great touch, makes it more realistic

great attention to detail. especially how the ink on the label is smeared in places. and the lighting is awesome, so ominous and creepy. i feel like i am looking into some mad scientists lab and he's about to walk in and catch me. very well done.

i find i fall into habits with lighting- always having it oming from above and to the left. i decided to was going to make an effort to break that with this.

Fabulous job on this one... the label is great, and adds that special institutionalized touch (though the handwriting instead of a typed label gives it a bit more warmth)... love the expression of the creature and the fact that its ears are sticking out.

Well done!
