Abilities: Cannot breathe underwater, but can hold his breath for around an hour. Does not have venom or fire, but can see in the dark. His glow scales can range from a bright white to a bright green, though they're usually white.

Personality: Extremely oblivious and kind of dead inside. Doesn't really have any morals which leads to unnecessary judgement and not a whole lot of friends. Doesn't understand why things like death and murder are taken so seriously and has a very dark and rude sense of humor because of this. toe
