Any recommendations you'd give for practicing anatomy? It's the one bane o my existence. I wish we were made of play-dough so my anatomy would seem better. :<

actually YES
there's this really amazing website called posemaniacs where they have 3-d flayed modes, (meaning all the muscles are showing.)
you can paruse that place for EXCELLENT references and, if you want to challenge yourself, they have a 30-second-drawing feature. personally, i set it for 90 seconds but that's cause i like to get really detailed.
other than that, there are some really awesome tutorials floating around, like alexds1's. but start with the posemaniacs, cause it's hard to find good tutorials.

heh I remember an assignment when I had to draw left handed, it turned out pretty wonky, later on I did minor edits on the lines with my right hand and made it into abstract art.
