Nice! I like it! Especially the background, eyes, and hands. ^^

On the other hand, the background stand out TOO much, as it makes her duller. The balls of light were a great touch, but they are not the main focus here. You should focus in on the girl, and since you have the advantage of here being a ghost, you can make her glowy instead of da ballz. The background is really nice though! I like how it changes color a lot.

I also found that her dress doesn't end. Theres a bottom, but it just melts into her. Is that what you were trying to do? I can't tell ._.

Her body was slightly unproportionate, and her waist is tiny and her dress flares out to the right too much for it to be possible. There should be a difference between the forearm and the....top arm (lolwut.) cuz it looks like one thing.

I think the dress looks a little cut up at the bottom too, so fixing that is a possibility

Overall, The drawing is amazing, but you are not putting enough emphasis on the main part of the picture. I love the shading, and there could be moar folds in the clothing. Nice job!
