That was a Noctowl vs Charizard request, but one thing led to another and here we are. Also Yanmega is just great.
Yanmega's probably 4x size here (maybe even bigger but idk), and Tyranitar is normal size.
Incidentally, if you count Let's go pikachu/eevee size variation as canon, then you can take the smallest Tyranitar (3'11") and the biggest Yanmega (8'09" long), and it would almost look like this picture.
