thx guys. i asked the cosplayer to spin around while i captured her in motion from different angles. a couple of snaps turned out great. i really like working with costumes that have long, breathy fabrics that can move around - capturing the character in motion while the fabrics move create quite an effect - anyone who wants to try that with their costumes at the next con, let me know
