The boy reminds me so much of this one anime character, Ciel Phantomhive and it's really ironic there are cats in this cause he's very allergic to them

Am I the only one who thinks this cat-tail dude is killing cats and thats why there are skeletons and blood behind him ,but not in front of him and that there is nothing adorable or cat-lover paradise about this O.o ,or am I just over analyzing this ?

Yep you guessed it right lol The artist comment says 'play the samisen', it indicate the old saying in Japan about using cat's skin for traditional string instrument 'samisen'. Some dealer still practice this in Japan (of course illegal)snatching or trapping domestic cat for their skin. Although it's strange the boy has a cat-tail, as if he's a ghost or embodiment of these cats.
