Nice Login theme. When typing the password for a user, the dots which hide the password look jaggy... that is the only major issue. Overall, this is a neat change-up from the old theme.
While it doesn't really matter to me, it would be nifty if there was other resolutions available for this theme. Work on it.

Secondly, I'd like to ask you for any possibility of a version without the word 'element' beneath the logo?
I'd really appreciate as I'm a bit of a pest when it comes to such petty details. Heheh...

i like the looks of it; just wish you had diff. screen sizes like 1280 x 1024 or higher
