hey all here is a sketch book commission I did a bit ago at NYCC. I wanted to post it here a while ago but better late than never I guess. Enjoy!This is a pen and ink sketch of the DC comics character Jack knight (Starman). It was done in the fans 9x 12 sketchbook which was a toned tan paper sketch book.
I used micron pens,my kuratake brushpen, a sable brush, speedball black ink, A uniball Signo white gel pen, and a toothbrush with white FW ink to do the energy effects.

yeah that was a cool commission I did at NYCC this past year for a fan. I was really nervos his book was only Jack knight Starman with some killer stuff in it. I just didn't want to be the guy who F-ed up his book. Also my girlfriend is a huge huge Starman fan so I know if I did a bad job I would get an earful from her
