Awe thanks, and Well I was told by a fellow Deviant Art user, whose name I sadly have forgotten. However the model I used was the Already in game sniper in the Tf2 folder, He basically has three sections, his upper body, tummy, and lower towards his crotch area, I used the inflator and slowly inflated his waist to lower crotch area. If you'd like, I could possible record it and give you s link.
