You have a good pose, but the background isn't exciting. Try looking for good backgrounds or set up props. That will make the image more interesting.

Eh, I purposefully chose that background, I tend to favor having my photographs focus on one thing and in this case that would be the figure. :3

I see. There are other ways to put your figures into the focus of the photos. Take a look at other figurine photographs and take note on how the artist put them into focus.
