Every year in January our City of Davenport IA, celebrates winter with the Icestravaganza on the Mississippi River Front. Huge blocks of Ice are brought in and carved by local artist. I think it's our Germán and Irish heritage here, we seem to find plenty of reasons to go downtown and drink beer outside!
