This goes too good with the picture from before! Especially since I couldn't help but to notice that the picture from before, Penny was strapped into the carseat, but the carseat wasn't strapped to the backseat. I saw the seatbelt hanging along side the seat. To actually secure the carseat properly the seatbelt had to be ran through the back of the carseat, to keep it from moving. Penny would be fastened true, but she would be flying all over the place! Kinda like in this picture here! Especially 'if' he was suddenly chasing someone!

The sad thing is about all this, is that I could see Gadget making a mistake like this. No matter how much he was about safety!
