a sereis of mario vs sonic pics i'll be making. in this one it appears that mario has won. if you didn't notice sonic's tied to the parachute from super mario world ( i think that's pretty funny) and sonic fans don't worry i'll make sonic win next time

Oh you just got owned that time sonic wait a minute the power sneakers that's how it grants him super speed but it's still ok with me mario figured out what sonic runs with the power sneakers he quickly snatched it and this is so funny.

In a GameGear game the plot says that Sonic has to recover the shoes to be fast again. With Shadow is the same, he has rocket shoes, and with Tails and Knuckles I'm not sure, although Tails uses this two tails to be faster but less agile, and Knuckles isn't as fast as the other three.

also that was becasue eggman switch is shoes with ones made to slow him down nothing says anytihng about his shoes granting him the super speed

Some things in these two characters (and others into both series) change, per example, for Sonic, in some material it is said that he uses the shoes to be fast, and in other material, it is said he doesn't need them, for Mario and Luigi, their speed in Super Smash series is low, and they both are much faster in the Mario series. But the bad aspect of the comics/cartoons is the change and alteration sometimes in plot, abilities, characters, etc.. Much of that is unoffitial.

the info says that he "switch sonics shoes for slow down boots" which where made to slow him down if he would have jsut taken his shoes then the game would have been another one about speed

there are cartoons comics books and tons of other things that state that he doesnt need his shoes to be fast he is jsut a hedgehog with super speed not because of his shoes only thing his shoes do that is speacial is they dont wear out from running so fast and stopping
