Hello everyone!! Here's my 2018 Summary of Art! I didn't really think I improved that much after I burned my gallery to the ground because I was so fucking upset at myself and my art...until I made this summary then looked at 2017 in comparison- BUT WOWZA!! I feel like I grew leaps and bounds afterall even though I felt really emotionally down on my art all year. I worked really hard to get better just because I was so mad about the things people said to me and lmao I think it shows! RAGE IS FUEL DAMN IT. I'm still addicted to drawing humans/portraits but...what can you do lol ya boi likes what he likes
Most of the summary this year actually shows off what I'm really passionate about- which is character design!! I made more ambitious designs than last year and I'm quite pleased with all the ones I made this year

I dunno what 2019 will bring my way or what my art goals are for the new year! Maybe fiddling with more detailed backgrounds...but I honestly don't like drawing backgrounds so I dunno lol. I might do more object studies at least??
Hopefully more and more character designs!! I'm really excited about the customs I'm working on right now for people so look out for those in 2019!

Thank you all so much for supporting me- whether you've been here from the beginning or got swept up along the way!! It has definitely been a rocky time but you all have been there to lift me back up when I need it most. I really appreciate the fact there are people out there who like and even buy my art aaa it's just wild to me and I want to keep working hard for you guys! And also for myself lmao
I am also so grateful to my friends who inspire me and always challenge me to be a better artist and even the ones IRL who do occasionally reach out to me and overall anyone who continues being my friend despite the fact I am depressed and emotional a lot lol
I hope you all had a good holiday time and have a good new year and go out and get the things you want in your life for yourself. Accomplish your goals! You can do it!!
(Also thank you for all the likes and comments and stuff. I think I did make some progress with responding to people this year but just in case alkgjralgjad)
