You could use some more detail in his feather necklace just to catch it up with the rest of the piece. i do feel that there are some smudges, but it could just be my comp. i wouldn't have left the background soo...white. i would have shaded in the corners and the side in towards him, so that it would appear that he was in a spotlight. other then that, you did very well as usual. the detail in the jeans and feathers is really good! i love the shoes! the blue accent is awesome, i'm glad you added that instead of leaving it black and white.

I actually used silver glitter on the necklace, which you can't really see here, I think it looks better IRL. My scanner is too small, I had to scan the drawing in two halves and put them together w/ Photoshop so it's blurry in the middle. It's not smudges, but good eyes!
I hate shading a big area...
