So, here's my Supernatural-OC, and I'm trying to work her out.I'm still not happy about her design, as I have a really hard time making her look... elderly... As in, not 20-something.
She's supposed to look later 30's early 40's, but by heck it is not happening!
Any suggestions I'll gladly take!
Either way; here's some info 'bout her.
Name: Victoria Locke
Age: appears to be late 30's, mid-40's
Species: Human
Sex: Female
Family: Two sons (deceased), a husband (deceased)
Nationality: Norse/Scandinavian/Germanic
Abilities: I don't want to give too much away of her, but I can tell you that she is well-known within Norse Pagan rituals and mythology.
She's been on the road and alone since almost forever, and gets around by cheating, stealing, lying and, at times, by doing some honest work in motels, bars etc.
She comes across the Winchesters as she has something in her posession that they wish for.
She manages to escape several times, mainly by using a little bit of norse magic.
In the Norse mythology, there's a very helpful thing called 'animal slough', which basically can transform the wearer into the animal one is 'wearing'.
Of course she's captured eventually and kept via a bloodspell, making sure she can't escape until the mission is accomplished.

Now in this drawing there's a few sketches of tryouts and designs of Locke (none which I am satisfied with), and my sad attempts on drawing the Winchesters... I don't draw them enough, or upload any of my sketches with them, because DAMN... I have not drawn one singular piece of them, which I am satisfied with!
But there are some here, with Locke in her squirrel-slough, her raven-slough (her favourite) and her snake-slough.

i like a lot the magic ability of locke! is it inspired by a real norse mithological creature? it sorte reminds me the selkies...

She is very much inspired by a Norse Mythological character, but I'm not just ready to reveal who or what
But yeah, the 'animal-skin' or 'animal-slough' is a 'real' thing in the Norse mythology, where the gods or whoever possessed the skins could turn into the animal.

Yeah, I'm still really down over that. I genuinely adored Meg, so having her go like that breaks my heart... but then again, all my favourite characters gets offed, like sitting ducks. Darn Supernatural!

Bobby's goodbye was just AWFUL! Heartbreaking yes, but I actually really hated that he was offed by a leviathan

Yeah.. I stopped watching for a bit after Bobby...Gabe is one where I almost stopped for a bit too... I totally forgot about Pam... For Meg at least the way she died was bad ass, at least in my books. With Bobby..I mean shot in the back of the head? sighs...

Well, I keep watching, but not without a darn bleeding heart, because SPN just breaks me everytime.
I agree, Megs death was actually all right, and I have to admit, Gabriel went out with a bang, so as much as they both breaks my heart, I can... live with it.
Bobby... Man... Bobby deserved a MUCH greater death! Because that was NOT worth him!

I know what you mean...I wasn't too crazy about the Leviathan ark anyways. However I kind of suspected they were going to kill Bobby off somehow, but I really more expected that he was going to kill himself. Even that would have been a better ending than the one he got. I wish they hadn't killed Gabe...the only consolation was that we got that hilarious "if you're watching this I'm dead..." video. I'm just glad they haven't permanently killed off Cas yet he's my second favorite main character(next to Bobby). I hope they don't...I guess he has a lot more fan girls so they probably won't kill him. With Meg I kind of suspected that since she had pissed off Crowley, a lot, that he was probably going to kill her.

I would have hated it even more if Bobby had offed himself, as in... seriously.
But I really would have wanted a more... glorious ending for him; more self-sacrificing, THAT I would have been okay with. Kind of like John Winchester, which would have made sense imo, seeing as Bobby was just as much a father-figure as John was their father.
Gabe... SO horrible, especially because they could EASILY have 'tricked' him out of his death - honestly, I hope something along those line will happen still - I mean, yes, he's an angel and shit... But he IS also a god (in the Norse Mythology) and I like the idea that he could still be alive in that form.
Balthazar broke my heart too - completely unnecessary to have them offed, when they easily could have gotten undercover - especially considering they do hold a record of running and hiding, so they wouldn't have gotten much involved during the Leviathan-arch.
Cas was never going to die , tbh, I was never worried about him - he was FAR too popular to kill off.
Meg still breaks my heart - I don't care about the haters, the more I watch her, the more I like her

Yeah, I'm not sure any version of Bobby's death would really have made me happy...As for Gabe... I know what you mean.I was hoping his death was faked or something unfortunately they seem to have killed him off for real.
I'm pretty sure Micha Collins has commented on the fact that Cas was only supposed to be a 6 episode character who earned a permanent place when he won over the fan girls. I have to say I wish Cas and her story could have gone further. I was interested to see how that would have ended. However we will never know now...*sighs* Meg is one of the few "villians"(I say this b/c by the end she was not entirely villainous) who got a decent amount of development.

Agreed, but the writers seem to have a thing for introducing characters 2 or 3 times and then BLERGH! Dead. A shame honestly - I mean, I know the story revolves around the brothers, but it wouldn't help with a little bit of character development from the side-characters.
And yeah, Cas was only supposed to be in one of two seasons, but damn... the popularity-ratings on that guy... He's well-loved, and I am NOT complaining

I agree, I wish side characters didn't almost immediately die. Its getting sort of frustrating.
