This is the reason I should've never sold my Beano comics.
I remember watching the old Beano Video when I was a kid and wondering why Calamity James never got his own cartoon. It would've been like a British Ren & Stimpy. In other words, it would have been totally fucking sweet.

I don't know this character, but I like him! The number 13 on his shirt really adds some symbolic charm to the refined personality indicated by his thoughtful face!
