My main sona!!!! There's a lot to her story so I'll keep it simple and SFW here.

Scarlett is the daughter of Gray Thane and Lauren Haynes. When she was only a few months old her father murdered her mother. He would've killed Scarlett too, but her uncle, Jack Harkness, interfered and rescued her. He took her in and raised her as his own.

From a young age, Scarlett had the ability to talk and communicate with animals. As she got older, she used this power to assist Jack in his work, eventually training to become a Torchwood agent like him.

One day, Jack presented her with a necklace with a blue gem that belonged to her mother. When she put it on, Scarlett quickly learned that the gem was the water totem, and it gave her the ability to control water. She had no idea how to use it, however, and kept activating it at random, causing a lot of issues.

While out one day, Scarlett ran into the handsome, charismatic John Constantine, who told her that the magic in the totem had led him there, and after some convincing, decided to stay and help Scarlett learn to control her powers.

And I'll stop there for now!! More of her story will be revealed as I discuss more characters and eventually do art for her ^^
