Here's my piece for the Monthly Design Challenge! The theme this month is 'tropical gryphon'. I have decided to mix a palm cockatoo with a jungle cat. I imagined they would live in a hot humid, rainforest.

All you need to do is make a design with the theme I've outlined below and post it in this journal when you're done! I will try to give a prize away each month to the design that most catches my eye and most utilises the theme! I'll also share my own at the end of the challenge!
What happens to the design after the contest?
It's yours! You can keep it, sell it, trade it, rip it up into little pieces or remake it for any other purpose you can think of!
How will the Monthly Design be judged?
Creativity, colour choices, character, are just a few things. The aim of the challenge is to make the most interesting design based on the theme!
I already made a design that would be relevant to the current theme, can I use it?
Please make something new for the challenge! If you have already made something like it, maybe think about reimagining it as something new.
