How to Get:
When a PROBOPASS goes to Aluminu Mountain, it will lose two mini-noses (as they are actually called) and will grow new ones automatically (This can happen only once in a PROBOPASS's life). The two mini-noses that were lost will glow similar to how a Pokemon evolves, and they will turn into seperate NARPASS's.

Pokedex Description:
NARPASS float around and always point South for an unknown reason. They will use their floating feet as projectiles and fire them at enemies.

Drawing Description:
The idea came to me when I saw PROBOPASS's Pokedex decription. Everytime I looked at PROBOPASS's mini-noses, it felt like they were seperate Pokemon. I eventually sketched one of its mini-noses seperately and added some features. After I was done, NARPASS was the product.
