The pup was gazed upon with loving eyes. A pup truly blessed by the moon if their white claws were any indication of such a thing. So blessed were they to hold a moon blessed pup, caressing a soft cheek and smiling down at the dozing creature before finally forcing themselves to put the child down and let them rest. Settling down next to them, the toskal began to slowly start whittling a new toy for their pup, humming contentedly as they let the precious creature sleep.
Raising their head, a little started at hearing a knock on the door, they gave a frown. It was a bit late for someone to be knocking on the door. Whoever could it be at this time? Unable to help feeling a little annoyed at being so interrupted, they went to the door, about to complain to whoever it was that this was not the time of day that you come over for a visit or a chat. However, when they looked around, there proved to be no one there in the least. How... odd. Was this some kind of game? A trick to simply play with them? Well, it wasn't very funny, that was for certain. Certaintly not when there was a sleeping pup that could have been woken by such a disturbance.
Shaking their head and muttering, they close the door and head back over to their seat, glancing to the pup and then back to the toy only pause and do a double take as they realize a flower crown that they hadn't placed there now adorned the pups head. Standing, they looked around, checking windows and the door once more, confused as to how it had gotten there, just WHO had placed it upon their head? Well... the pup seemed unhurt and and undisturbed... maybe it was just an odd little treat?
