I have some suggestions, maybe you wanna add them.
Birmingham: Birmingheim (since ham/ home means heim in german)
Newcastle should be Neuburg, since castle means burg
Cherbourg could be probably Scherburg
Cardiff, maybe change to Kardiff, since Germans usually use the K instead of C.
Mh Plymouth and Portsmouth could be Plimund and Hafmund, because mouth (of a river) is mund,
Port would be Haf(en).
Louwen in Flandern is Löwen in German.
Why is Konstantinopel Miklagrad? Just curious^^

Those are all good advices. Thanks! But “unfortunately” as a rule I use only already existing and attested exonyms in my maps.
Some of them are pretty archaic. Sometimes I had to use Dutch names because I wasn’t able to find a German equivalent, such as Pleimuiden for Plymouth. A more German-sounding name could have been *Bleimund for example. Similarly the Louwen in this map is the Dutch name for Laon.
Miklagard en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miklagar… (Istanbul) and Norfasund (Gibraltar) are ancient Norse names.
For the same reason most Russian toponyms are not totally Germanized. If I were to have a free hand I would have done a much more extreme and thorough “reinventing”. For example:
Archangelsk - Bjarmstadt, Astrakhan - Österhaven, Bergen - Hegehof, Białowieża - Mirkwed, Buda-Pest - Athala-Ulfa, Dnipropetrovsk - Danparstadt, Göteborg - Gautenburg, Kherson - Amalia, Lipetsk - Liebzig, Magnitogorsk - Isarna, Marienburg/Malbork - Theutonia, Mariupol - Sikambria, Melitopol - Milithburg, Millerovo - Müllerhof, Murmansk - Nordmannia, Nikopol - Arnheim, Omsk - Barbarossa, Oslo - Askomannia, Rostov - Rosthof, Samara - Sachsenmar, Stavropol - Hakenkreuzhof, Tromsø - Aurwandill, Tula - Ost-Thule, Vladimir - Waldemar, Vologda - Waldgroden, Vorkuta - Werkhütte, Yaroslavl - Jarisleif, Tsaritsyn/Volgograd - Gelbach/Idelburg…
As regards England:
Aberdeen - Oberdethain, Birmingham - Börmingsheim, Blackpool - Blakbühl, Bradford - Bradfurt, Brighton - Brechthelmstein, Cambridge - Grantbrüch, Cardiff - Kardorf/Taffurt, Dover - Dauer, Dudley - Edmundsreuth, Gloucester - Glaukaster, Hastings - Hästingen, Ipswich - Gippeswik, Leeds - Leudis, Leicester - Ledekaster, Liverpool - Leberbühl, London - Lundenburg, Manchester - Mannkaster, Middelsbrough - Mittelburg, Newcastle-upon-Tyne - Neukaster-an-der-Thein, Newport - Neuhafen, Norwich - Nordwik, Nottingham - Notingheim, Plymouth - Bleimund, Salisbury - Salzburg, Stafford - Uferfurt, Stoke-on-Trent - Stock-am-Drenth, Swansea- Schwannsee, Winchester - Wienkaster, Worcester - Workaster, York – Jorwik…
(As you said, every –kaster could be turned into a –burg).

Oops, I was going to post this at Languages of Europe. Anyway, that speech is really crazy. I have read few of Nazi plan, and rarely heard about German puppet states of Caucasus, or Asia... As Nazi German troops slaughtered Ukrainians who greeted Germans as 'liberator'... or it's just because they are not Baltic or Slavic?. Well Nazis planed to deport Uralic Estonians to Siberia... I think I would not be able to know their true intention.

Why are you so astonished by the German name of Udine in particular?
Oh, and you'll have to be content with a “Provinz Friaul” inside Reichsgau Kärnten. A Pufferstaat is really asking too much… :-P

In tal caso mi sembrerebbe sgarbato non crearlo. In fin dei conti una promessa è una promessa.

An indipendent SS-State!
Quoting from this book: "Himmlers Raumplanung im Osten" ([link] ), by Bruno Wasser: „Darüber hinaus projektierte Himmler mit Shitomir und Winniza weitere Ansiedlungskerne, die gemeinsam mit Lemberg und Lublin ein Viereck bildeten, das gegebenfalls später zu einem autonomen SS-Staat ausgebaut werden konnte.“
It should mean, more or less, that Shitomir, Winniza, Lemberg and Lublin formed a square that could be reinforced later if necessary to became an autonomous SS-State.
