Hitting on the final few hours mark, here's my Summer Secret Santa entry for !An artwork drawn for , surprise!!
The choice for the artwork is really difficult, as most of the characters bare lots of skin. I have only learnt to draw clothings thus far. So I really, deeply apologize for taking the liberty and come up with a new outfit idea for your OC. I have tried to keep the main characteristic of your original character >.<
Tsuki is of Asian descendent, therefore I thought to draw her as a kind of maiden-like character. So went for a Chinese dragon-priestess type approach to the design, though without the dragon part. xD
The colour scheme took quite a while. Ended up using pink again. Haha kill me
Went for a little more 'adult like' approach, failed miserably. //shot

I took a look at her original costume and she does look like she got quite a change in her clothes. Your design of her reminds of Biotopos Euryale Gorgon from a Touhou fangame.
