Personality: He's headstrong and brash, and has absolutely no problem charging head-first into danger. He's always the first to step up to a challenge, even if it means risking his life. He lives for the thrills of danger.
Talent: He's equally as lucky as his brother, just not in the same aspect. Whilst his brother dabbles in locating the artifacts, Dusty specializes in actually getting them. There's often some trick that would leave any normal pony perhaps without a leg or without an eye or maybe even just dead, but Dusty always seems to slip in at the speed of light, and always manages to cut the line far too close and ends up so close to losing his life or a limb or something other. He usually gets off with barely a scratch, which leaves his family mortified that he even dared risk himself for it.
