One friend on the company I work, have this AMAZING sketchbook that he received when he was working for Disney. It is full with amazing drawings from artists like Tony Bancroft, Phil Noto, Chris Sanders and Francesco Francavilla. I don't know why other artists made that... I just do it cause it looks cute. A red nose is something that makes a person look cute, I think. The rest of the places... well, when you see a person, usually those spots are slightly red-ish than other areas in the skin.
