Description This is a delightful chibi edit by *Kyary-Foo ...

... but as a model it does have issues and some of these are illustrated above.

Appearance:
She look nice. Nice styling. Love that translucent skirt, sleeve only on one side and the choice of hair style suits the character. Stockings I'm not that crazy about, but it' ok. The shoes ... hmmm? Personally I think some type of booties or even sneakers might have worked better.

I found her to be a bit big for a chibi by my definition of what a chibi is but there are no clear rules as to what sizes chibis have to be. But based on the proportions of the body and height, I reckon her to be aged around 13 years old.

MMD:
She moves ok. The physics derp of course. Can't say she's graceful in her movements but pleasant to watch. Cleaned up and fixed and she might give a better performance but currently there are too many obvious glitches. I didn't try any MME effects on her as I didn't really think she needed any. Her colors are good and there's no bleaching. Doesn't seem to be issues with her translucent skirt either.

PMD:
[1] Bones - arggghhhh ... horrible mess. Mother, center and groove bones all misaligned and of course all the redundant tail bones.
[2] Facials - seem ok, all the data is intact so I'm assuming they all work.
[3] Groups - need a clean up

Others:
No readme.txt

Conclusion:
An "A" for design.
An "F" for implementation.

Once fixed. the model would be a nice addition to a collection. She is quite cute, but in its current state, the model's utility is minimal.

I'll b honest when I find orphaned parts I'm a little scared to delete them, depending on the location of them, ones out in the middle of no where, r one thing, ones inside the body, that seem to have nothing to do with the model, i just don't know o.o;

The point being is that if an edit was done right in the first place, there wouldn't be any orphaned parts.

yea, plus I'm sure it decreases the amount of things being put into mmd, decreasing lag.

That's why I've always argued for 'clean' edits.

Young teen? I think she's 12, no more no less. While chibi Miku is like 9-10, no more.

Sounds about right.

how do you chose what model to review??

I don't; people write to request reviews. See here for details: fav.me/d6gpu1v

So far I have only declined to review one model as it did not fall within the guidelines stipulated.

Yeah physics are a royal pain.

Groups are easy: if they're empty, just delete them. And if you delete the wrong thing no biggie, you can rebuild it. In any case nothing will break by deleting them (except for the first two groups).

But for me, physics ARE NOT A PROBLEM!!!!!! I know how to handle them ^^ But joints, sadly, are...

Once you got your head wrapped around joints you'll appreciate them more.
