I think that's YT being YT - it's actually fine playing back on my end. You probably caught it at a bad moment. I've notice happening with other music vids. At peak hours they can be iffy qualitywise, but same vid played late nights have perfect audio.

That sounds really odd - However, it would not surprise me to find that Y-Tube did something to the track during conversion - well they do as the original video on my PC has better audio than the Y-Tube version. WAV files get a compression routine applied to them when they are processed by the Y-Tube servers (basically they get converted to MP3s) and that might account for some of the deterioration in quality.
