A scene sort of involving Ffox and Rook. (btw, that's not their real names. Those are their codenames for missions and stuff...they have real names i just haven't figured them out yet >_< too lazy to name) Anyway, yeah, she sneaks off from a mission in the boonies(where she's is from, Rook deons't know that yet though) to visit her brothers grave when he finds her, and yeah yeah, big touching moment. Anyway....i dunno i think it came out good. Ffox looks a lot prettier than i normaly make her. (Love'll do that to a girl!) he he. But...Rook scruffy and cute. All is well i guess.Oh and the title is just what Ffox says wehn she finds Rook standing behind her. That's all.

It's colored with prismacolor markers, white acrylic paint, and white ink.

That's a great little piece! I like the style of the faces, a bit on the sketchy and jagged side. Her hair came out lovely, his hair is a bit odd though... I think it is because the strands seem to abruptly change directions when getting to the face, I think a bit softer, more fluid motion would have been better. The effect on the wrinkles is very good. I really like the broken-down BG composition with his smoke on the black side... Great stuff
PS I thought for a moment that the red-haired char was a boy...

Hee hee, i'm glad you though she ws a boy though! She's a tomboy of sorts, and i always think i make her look to girly! So that's good!

the only suggestion i can think of is that maybe if you did the black bits as the boys bg? maybe it would look too noisy then... i dunno!

Very smooth blending and nice colors on this one. I like Ffox's eyes, they are beautiful and her hair is so nicely done. Yes, Rock is scruffy yet handsome. I like their uniforms too and the background is nice and fits well. Oh, I think the cig smoke is cool and stylish. ^_^

I almost missed that this wasn't a CG drawing. Your use of color and shading are very well done. I like the composition, too, especially the abstract looking trail of smoke. The expressions are handled very well, too. Overall, everything you've done in the picture really contribute to the somber mood. Great job!
