I just use Paint Tool Sai. Most of everything is done with the pen tool and airbrush for effects. I wish I knew more to paint properly with it, tho. But yeah, I'm more comfortable with cell shading rather than soft.

ah - cell shading, right that is something i dont know anything about - i would like to learn more about it. Paint Tool Sai, i have never heard of so i will have to look into that
