Description Through out thousands of years, story's and depictions of a creature that seem to be very human in shape but are either red or covered in brown hair, have long goat or antelope like horns upon their head, sometimes with hooves and even bat or angel like wings along with a forked tail.

This form is what comes to mind for most people when they think of the word demon or devil mostly because in Christian mythology this form was adopted and used for the evil being known as the devil or Lucifer but this strange horned entity existed long before the creation of Christianity and seems to have been seen in all different cultures around the world.

In Native American mythology the Wendigo is sometimes described as horned hoofed deer like creatures that are extremely tall while at the same time there are other legends of goatmen which seem even more closer in appearance to these horned demons, described as humans with horns of a goat surrounded by brown greasy hair which the same sort of hair on the legs which each end in the cloven hoof.

In Asian culture, mainly in Japan and china there are many demons which are known as Yokai that are basically small red people with horns and fangs that are found of acts from pulling pranks to malicious attacks against people who come across them. Oni are one the greatest icons of Japanese folklore. They are large and scary, standing taller than the tallest man, and sometimes many times that. They come in many varieties, but are most commonly depicted with red or blue skin, wild hair, two or more horns, and fang-like tusks.(Info for Oni from Yokai.com)

In europe the Horned demons are best known as the Devil since the beginning of Christianity but before that, the earliest depiction of a human with horns is that of the Horned God of the forest which comes from Celtic folklore, known as a god of the Forest or the God of hunting and human male masculinity.

In the Modern age this form of demon is somewhat common in paranormal story's, the Jersey Devil itself in many of its reported forms follows this line but more dragon like, including horns, hooves and bat like wings, it is believed to be a reincarnated form of the horned demon itself.

One account of a possible horned humanoid happened in 1855. On Feb. 9, 1855, in the county of Devon, England, residents were mystified when they awoke to find strange tracks in the snow—tracks unlike any animal tracks they’d seen before. As groups of people across multiple villages spanning some 40 to 100 miles followed the tracks, curiosity turned to a mounting sense of horror and dread.

Some 4–5 inches long and in the shape of cloven hooves, they went up walls, across rooftops, from one side of objects inexplicably through to the other side. They seemed to sink so low in the snow, it’s almost as though they were hot and seared their way through. At spots, the tracks seemed to disappear, only to reappear some ways off, as though the being that made them had flown for a short stretch. The single-file prints suggested a biped.

A much more recent event of a possible horned demon happened The image appears to show a large, dark figure with wings and spikes on its head. The "demon" stands taller than a nearby home.

Many people on Facebook are arguing that it's either a demon or a fallen angel. Some have even said that the possible demons appearance is a sign of the ending days but others say it is either Photoshop or just merely a palm tree. The demon was reportedly taken on an abandoned street in Tucson, Arizona.

It leave you to wonder what this creature is and if it does exist, as it has been reported since the most early human history, even on cave walls, to today, in the world of computers, technology and science
