I seen that on ebay too, but I wasn't going to touch it with a ten ft poll to be honest LOL. but I did laugh at the name.
I don't know if I would call it fawn, still looks too much like a snow glow to be honest. hey speaking of snow glow didn't you get one this year?

lol! yeah, it'd would make a good skullfox and that's it. The leather isn't too bad so I thick it can be rehydrated okay.
I got a fawn glow from you - last year I think? - and it looks almost identical maybe a little lighter but still the same.
I did!! it's such a beautiful fox! I keep wanting to mount it but I don't wanna mess it up so I've been thinking about commissioning someone for it. I also got a Gold Sapphire that I wanna mount asap. XDΒ

well thats not too bad i supose. at least it would be used.
i think you got it from me this year LOL, as i had the sale with it in it not too long ago. its hard to tell these days, some times the ligher colored ones i just table them as snow glows, the darker ones i put as fawns. i get very few fawnish ones in as i just put them as snow glow or some other shit like fire and ice if they are too red or pale fire cross.
oh i guess i did miss it, i just wasnt too sure as i hadnt seen it finished.
though i do got to talk to you about your fox you sent me. we do have a problem with it. i rehydrated it and the leg tore like tissue paper. i cant say it was old as i have had issues with WLG's tans as of lately. its been annoying, but its just unworkable. i woul have to stich the leg back up the best i can, its a real shame because it was a beautiful fox and was extemely fustrating. ill have to go through the options of what you want done at this point since this is strike two.

yeah, at least it can be used. I do like skullfoxes they are fun and a cool halloween decoration.
really! wow, time goes by fast! I know what you mean. I remember that fawn glow you have it was was a real fawn color that makes these look like dirty snow glows. I've seen some that are just plain weird looking and I can't put a name to it. Like my Snow glow, it's got a pure white coat but the legs and ears are a strange lilac color I think the color is called lavender in foxes.Β
Real?! Damn! that's a bummer! Yeah, that tan is not old at all I got that pelt from Leslie last year if I remember right. So, that tan should only be about a year old. But what we could do is switch out foxes again? I can send you my Snow glow (which I got this year) and the eyes that I've already picked out for it. That's is a shame it is a very pretty fox. Β Β

yeah lavender is super common in snow glows, its harder to find them as pearl tip snow glows. i personally love the lavender, some even have bright browns to them like burgundy, to me the browner the better. its a bummer i didnt take some pictures of the snowys i had. some had some real rich browns others a light tint of lavender and some with pearl tipped. i guess my goal would be to find a snow glow with black points. wouldnt that be something.
yeah trust me i about sceamed. most of the time i would shrug off and count a loss on ones that are mine but when their someone elses i call it a personal attack from hell known as life. iΒ recalled, though i have had some of leslies fall apart on me as well, WLG tans age rather quickly they say they have good shelf life, that is a pure bullshit. If you want to switch out foxes that totally fine, i will have to give you some credit ($25) because your pelt did get damaged in my possession. there is no way i can salvage your fox for a mount, the front leg just tore to shreads, i had it happen to a White Mark yestureday i was rehydrating for a LS. these foxes are so damn thin they just fall apart.

ooo! that would be pretty! I look at my Gold Sapphire's ears and my snow glows much lighter ears and there is a big difference between the pearl color and a lavender though it could be because the lavender on the mine is super pale. a black tipped snow glow would be BEAUTIFUL! XD
oh yeah! I feel you! I've come across some foxes that are just so pretty then I tried to mount it and it just feel apart I recall almost loosing a Sun Glow like that. I wonder if the shavers at WLG are just shaving them down too thin? we never used to have any issues like that. maybe we need to try a different tan? I think its usually a Alum tan that is supposed to be better for mounting?
no worries on that. Shit happens and you can never tell with some of these tans if they are going to be good or not. I'll find something to do with it even if it's just turning it into a bag or book cover. I can send my snow glow tomorrow morning. do you need my address again? I'm going to need yours.Β
