Oh, sorry about the face. I'm just getting used to this place. I thought it would describe my comment, not the piece! Your submission is REALLY REALLY REALLY good. (Now I really AM ashamed....) I will never get the hang of this place, I fear.

Hahaha, no need to feel ashamed. I've been around for a good few months, and there's still quite a few things that I don't know myself (emoticons are the most obvious example, lol X3). Anyways, I used Corel Painter Essentials 4 with a Wacom Bamboo Pen tablet. I drew the original sketch on paper, then scanned it in to color. Thank you for the compliment ^_^

I'm honestly not sure. Most of the other deviations I've seen portray her as having long hair and a hoodie. The eye and hair color is just how I picture her ^_^

It's really beautiful. Of all the ones I've seen, it's probably my favorite. The tears on her face really add to the whole thing. Seriously, a fantastic job.
