D'awww. This looks really adorable! I'd say it's a great work. The Lugia's are in a wonderful position (because hugging's always awesome) and not too much stress over them. .o. I like the way their tails, wings, and heads sort of wrap around each other, it's not an eye sore, but it's still clear to see. The Background patter, as well as the Luvdisc, is also a nice, clear blend. The pink and blue-whites also combined and made a lovely contrast~ The shading is also nice, and in place, too!
Overall, though, this is still a nice, lovely picture. Lovely job~

Really cute and pretty ♥ And honestly, I don't see why people are making a fuss over it, how is this "dirty?" So, hugs should be rated as mature content? Because that's all I see happening here. If people are thinking something else is going on in this, then they just have a dirty mind and it is their own fault for thinking it... anyway, cute drawing, it would make an adorable valentine's card.
