Description
One of the main squares in Downtown Portland, Oregon. Photo taken in the morning...no tours, no guide, just an Urban Wanderer.
I think it was a weekend, hence not many people or office workers. City services and police on beat patrol were nearby in the square outside this photo but it was generally safe.
