Very nice pic. I remember this scene from the movie and I think you depicted it well! I really love how her expression came through. The hair has a really nice texture to it, too! I have a few suggestions (since you asked...)
The first is, while I agree that big black outlines can cut off your piece this pic blends together a little too much (for my personal taste) because of a lack of distinction. I'm not suggesting you hack on a huge ugly black line or something, but maybe a little more dark colour to follow the contours of her face and such.
The second is a personal preference thing, I'm not really keen on the photoshopped BG. The filters are obvious (never use filters! bad!) and it keeps the piece a little busy.
Don't think this comment is so negative-I just pointed a few things out because you asked and I see that you have a lot of lovely comments :3 I hope you find it constructive and not mean ^_^ I really like her blush, too!

Well I think that maybe a sienna brown might be nice because it would compliment the hair and bring out her blush?

Sadly I did not make the connection of the title of the pic with what it was about until I saw, then it all made sense. This was completely my favourite movie when I was little. I love the expression and the shading. The colours are just amazing. Oo, shinyness and sparklyness. Very good job. Keep up the good work.

If you want advice I'd say she looks maybe a little too shiny.. it doesn't work to well on her face where it's quite a dark tone. Otherwise very nice as usual.
