This deserved a spot here on my DA Gallery once it was freshly baked. This afternoon my dad & I attempted to make our own Spanish Cheesecake for the first time after trying plenty of take-out versions. Well, we made 2 be precise as all the ingredients we added were huge leading us to separate the batter into separate pans! Down below is a link on how to make it, even printed a copy for my family to use/see.Note: The only difference was we used caster sugar instead of regular sugar because the latter wasn’t anywhere at home. Nevertheless the end results were great & I had so much fun cooking alongside my dad!
