Yeah...I know...didn't upload in over half a year...
So many things changed on my side of things...I quit my job, started to study Economics and Business Education at the University here, where I live, picked up a new job and - somehow - lost one of my GPU's between May and December of last year.
This pretty much brought development of further shaders to a mere full stop - although I'm looking for a replacement card (or looking about getting this one repaired) money is short at the moment, and I'm not sure when I will be able to get a new one...:/

Anyways....

I'm stuck with rendering on one GPU, which feels like a PITA to be honest...system slowdown is brutal when you only have one CUDA device to render on, which also happens to be the device that has to display your OS.
I'm lucky that this GTX Titan Black hasn't done the same thing as my 780 GTX - luckily, both cards have 6GB of RAM, so I was at least able to render this here (with the great support of the new features of OctaneRender 4.1, AI Light and AI Denoiser to be precise).
These new features somehow made it easier to cope with the loss in render speed - good to see that Otoy is constantly trying to improve on their rendering engine.
