thought that moss really deserved more pictures as he is a main char in true or fallen but i have only ever done his ref. Wisteria is the name of the purple plant and it is there for a reason there is a lot of symbolism in this picture. I hope to do more like this when i get time of some of the other chars all with flowers.(C) devon b

Epic. I love how the character cuts off where the wisteria starts, and I also like the blood. >3 Really grabs your attention (red tends to do that, I'm sure you know x3), very well done.

I love the piece,but fail to see the symbolism.
Perhaps you can enlighten me? I would love to see this in all of it's glory,as I do so love to find the meaning of things in art.I often find symbolism's in piece's that the artist never new was there in the first place.
For some reason I draw a blank with this though...

wisteria is a plant that strangles others but can end up killing itself because it kills everything around it (its a vine plant so it needs a hold onto something) the blood symbolises this but also foreshadows something that happens to moss in the story sorry cant say anymore then that otherwise i will give away some storyline

There is so much I love about this picture especially the blood and the dying flowers at the bottom I also like how the background is so simple with only the moon showing.
Moss' expression looks great and I think it really ties the darker side of the picture together quite nicely.
All in all lovley work and if you do, do more pictures like this I can't wait to see them

no it adds to the picure. the vines bleed cover some pattles. Show some form of conflic or a sense of for boating to the character.
