Genius! It's almost a question of whether or not those potion bottles are something he carries, or something that grows right out of his body. As if they are puss-balls, some sort of ooze or wart. Of course, we see the stopper/cork, but at first glance, in the thumbnail, they looked like huge warts or eggs or some gruesome sore. Could he be fighting with the poison that grows out of its own body? XD Either way, great art, and I love that it hints at other possibilities.
