This image/idea has been in my head for about 4 yrs now when i was working on my Dragon Elf Series, i originally wanted to do this in Oils but since i'm learning to use painter i figure i would do it in painter. i'm happy w/ it, but not crazy about the background, i just kinda got tired of the picture so i didn't concentrate too much on the background, plus the scene is in a dark cave so u can't see much details, haha ( yeah i took the easy way out).
Done in Painter 9 and textured/effects on Photoshop CS2 about 12hrs, no ref.
