This took way to much time(Sorry CV). This is the first of 4 commisions ordered, so here it is, the stained glass, Light/Dragon legendary fakemon.

???-Hikaras(Hikari(Light in Japanese)-Stained Glass)
-Light/Dragon
-Pure Glass pokemon
-"A creature of legend, it represents light and purity. It is said that it gave humans many years ago the ability to create art using glass and light. Its armor can absorb light, and release it to create awe-inspiring light demonstrations."

The design is based on a stained glass and a wyvern. Also, it can combine both of it arms to create a large halo to gather light and spread it. As for the backstory, this guy is a counterpart to this guy [link] , both with the same purpose, the second neglected because of its apperence alone, creating a rivalry and one sided hatred by Oskeras.
