Great great job on the skin, using veils of painting. Colours are original, so it works pretty good.
In my honest opinion
1) There is no part where the light comes brigther than the other, so we don't know where the light comes from. For instance, the back is in shadow, which means the light comes from the front or the top, but the arm's lighting is a bit different fom the breast's lighting.
2) The pose is too forced. Maybe you should use a real person as a model? If you don't maybe sketching on the streeet or just taking a picture of a real woman?
