Magmar is so funny in this picture. The expression says "I am so done." I never noticed Magmar having a butt head. Maybe it is just an immature joke to find dirty things in Pokemon designs. The only one I have noticed on my own is Reshiram, and it is something I can't unsee. The real world thing that resembles it doesn't help either. Reshiram is associated with Yang from Chinese philosophy. Yang is colored white colored white like Reshiram. It is also associated with masculinity. I won't get into the gory details in this comment. I'll just say that the dirty thing in Reshiram's design is something that only occurs in males, and it is absent in females.
