On the last Backseat Drawing: Art ‘n Chill stream, I sent out lineart of this painting for people to follow along! This is the second in my small series of "Believe in Yourself" drawings of real world animals aspiring to be fantasy creatures.

I love this idea 
I created a written entry on a contest last year that followed the idea of a regular animal wanting to be a fantasy creature (an gecko wanting to be a dragon and be able to fly) but this is even better and executed in such an amazingly fun and cute way
I love the imagination that went into creating this piece, but also, very much the message behind it that is carried out so well

here are my sona's Luka he red snake ( hes here toyhou.se/1409631.luka ) and Gin the dragon ( hes here toyhou.se/1409404.gin ) can you tell me what you think of my water mark i been working on it for a while it was one of my chameleon that passed a few years ago this is one of the many pictures of it transparent enough or do i need to darken it? i love your believe series to Luka desire to be a dragons getting closer though he lost his arms and hear and gained alot more scales hehe also i can note you the unwatermark version for you to see if you want =^-^=

At first I was confused why the baby dragon had candy corn on its back, until I looked closer and realised it was snake! This is so freakin adorable! I love how the snake really looks like a dragon and how the expression the on it's face shows that he's enjoying himself and trying to be fierce! So cute, the details are amazing!
