This took me forever, although I really like the way it turned out.I would really appreciate a rough and thorough critique on this one, mostly cause it's my newest, and my first attempt at making a picture with a subject that isn't "real". It took a lot of effort, but I'm kinda proud of the way it turned out.
I havent had a lot of time to work on things in a straight span, so probably 4-5 hours of work scattered over the past two weeks.

I hand did all the texture on here. None of that "oh, here's a paper texture, I think I'll use that". No, I used brushes and even made some of my own. I have this great one I've been using for skin, and I love it!

It's just a little spotty brush that adds in pores and tiny differences in skin tones. [link] A little bit of tips and tricks from a VERY realistic digital painter.

No problem! It takes some getting used to, but it's a lot easier than manually painting in all of those details. It works super-good on clothing too!
